Lunch boxes with an oompH!

So my little man is going to daycare next week.  Yes full time.  Shock horror.

I have to fill in a thousand forms that require very similar information about my family and the little man.  Oh, and that very important form requiring us to confirm if he has any allergies - not applicable in our case.

I am also required to label all this belongings including his sheets and little Ralph Lauren onesies that he looks so handsome in.

Next... oh lunch box.

This first time mum has got a problem... should I get a big one that has different sections, or use separate containers for different food.. or should we get the ones that has a built in cooler brick? And do we need to get a bag for the lunch box?

I had to go online to have a look at the recommendation of fellow mothers.  Sheesh... didn't think something so simple will require such extensive research (yes, I do not have the luxury to make a mistake with this one as we do not have enough storage space for for plastic storage/containers!)

Here are some of the ones that caught my attention (oh, even the celebs babies adore them. How convenient :-) )  What would you have chosen?  Please do tell! Oh and wish us luck at day care next week :-)

Separate containers and stuff them all in a backpack solution.  Keeps everything nice and clean and separated, but then I'll have to look for a backpack or bag...

This just looks wrong - how does the pear and juice bottle fit in it?

Oh this one is so cute and cleverly designed to hold a drink bottle too.  Now where is the boy version? (courtesy of amazon.com)

OMG the Beatles Yellow Submarine lunchbox!

Nice and neat.  Oh but surely there's room for some cuteness for a little boy!

The Stanley Aladdin lunch box complete with cooler and thermos flask.  Looks like he's all packed up to go to Afghanistan lol

These little bags are so cute and convenient for little hands
